Did you know that there are over 300 farms in Clark County with the average size farm being over 200 acres? Over 18,000 acres is croplands. And the revenue from the rich agricultur products in Clark County alone is $!5.1 million dollars!

Row Crop Meeting

    Clark County Agriculture


    Amy Simpson brought extension specialists together with local row crop farmers       for a meeting that proved to be a huge success.



      Among the topics presented at the meeting were:

  •      2017 Crop Budgets presented by Archie Flanders

  •      Corn Production presentation by Jason Kelly

  •      Soybean Production with Jeremy Ross

  •      Rice Production by Jarrod Hardke

Close to 90% of the row crop producers were present.  The evaluations proved that increased knowledge was gained in all areas.

EHC members make teaching dolls and preemie blankets

Clark County EH Council enjoys giving back to the community and the state. Here they are making teaching dolls and blankets for a local hospital. Just one of the many ways EHC says we are part of the community and part of the solution.

Shooting Sports Team

 The Clark County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is an educational activity of Arkansas 4-H, the youth development program of the Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service, University of Arkansas. This program has the potential of reaching new youth audiences and new volunteer adult leaders who have not participated in other 4-H programs.

Arkansas 4-H Shooting Sports is a county-delivered 4-H Program.  To get involved in this or other 4-H programs email Cindy Ham , CEA- 4H/Agri at the Clark County Office.
