Arkansas is Our Campus

Throughout the 2009 cropping season Arkansas producers have been challenged by a wet spring, dry June, and then excessive rainfall again from July through harvest.  Although some crops were predisposed to lower yields from late planting, this report provides preliminary estimates of yield and quality losses and fieldwork costs related to poor weather conditions during fall harvest as of November 1. For full report go to the U of A Division of Agriculture Web site.
